Planning on sanding down as smooth as possible them primer then bondo then sand again and primer again. clean, bright metal
epoxy primer - seals from moisture
bondo/filler - will absorb moisture - would allow rust if no sealer/primer below it
primer sealer/surfacer
finish coat
