Searched the fourm and really cannot find the answer i was looming for. I am wanting to install a nice bench seat that will fit into my truck that does not take up too much of the big back window. I would like all the creature comforts drink holders flip down arm rest etc.
What have you guys done? I see a lot of guys come up with good ideas for the AD trucks but i have not came accress any i liked for the taskforce. Oh btw for now i will keep the tank behind the seat.
Any ideas, pics or link do you have to share?
Thanks in advance.

I thought i would investigate the power seat option. So if anyone else has any good ideas or options, i would love to hear. Thanks guys

It is the middle seat from a '99 Tahoe. It allows you to flip the seat up, pull the back forward (both for storage) and gives an arm rest/drink holder--and is below the back window. No power.
When considering whether you want a power seat, keep in mind that you probably want to position your seat as far back and raised up as far as possible for leg room. Also find a seat with a very thin back if possible. Using power for moving the seat forward/back would not be a real plus unless you or your significant other is a real shorty and are constantly switching drivers. Hope this helps. | | | | | Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 566 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 566 | yes thank you, your right I was looking at some escalade seats but the problem was the leg room so I could not even consider it and your right I have a shorty wife that always lower the steering wheel and moves my seat forward until I got a car with memory because it took the pain away when I pushed the 1 button before getting in. I do not think I can do memory but at least I can push a button before I get in to save my thighs from getting banged up. At least in my 56 project she can not lower the steering wheel. I just do not want her to drive it with a pillow like she did with my old 3/4 ton. I will take a look at your ride and see what worked for you. I went to the junk yard today in the blistering heat and really did not find anything however I did look at a nice set with drivers and passengers buckets with heat for 200 bucks from craigslist I just need to do some measurements. http://i1291.photobucket.com/albums...82273282591_1924152329_n_zps8e694607.jpg
