Hi guys!
Getting the full pressure 235 next week for my 1938 1 1/2 ton dump!
The guy with the motor says he has two of the inserts, little pipe type units about 3/8" dia. The intake requires three. Are these readily available? My FLAPS is closed today. What are they called, and are they coolant passages?

Thanks!

Tom,

It is possible that you are referring to the three alignment rings that are used between the intake manifold and the head? However, they are much larger diameter than 3/8"

two would be enough, just place them on the two ends. However nearly all the vendors have them. They are just alignment rings, they don't do any sealing.
