I'm not sure what to do with 2 wires coming off the main harness. They're labeled #10 (headlight switch to instrument lamps switch) and #11 (instrument lamp switch to instrument lamp).
Should I hook both #10 and #11 to the "dash" post of the headlight switch? Thanks. Joe | | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | you've got a Deco series? there was originally a switch under the center of the dash for the instrument lights, so you would have 2 switches as per the labels, #10 would go from the headlite sw to that switch under the edge of the dash, and #11 would go from that switch to the light sockets ... if that sw under the dash is missing, you can substitute a toggle sw

I am thinking back to when I did that, right now guessing one wire is hot to switch and the other is power to dash lights? But don't know what vehicle you have? Are you doing a new harness? Who put the labels on the wires?
