I am trying to locate a guy in the Pubelo Co area, All I know is his name is Tom and he built the 47 COE that I know own, I have talked to a guy in the Netherlands who looked at and drove it in 2001 when he was done building it..If anyone knows Tom please let me know..

Joker, I did not get it from him, Tom sold the truck in 03 to a guy in Vicksburg Ms who I bought it from, he cant find any of his paperwork from Tom, and since it was titled in Ms in 03 the title office has no record of prior owners.
