Question is what is the best way? and how low can I go before I have to chop it up, which I do not want to. Saw a picture of a truck with a 6.5 rear drop and a 7 front. he said he had original ibeam up in the front, but I dont know. I am looking for 5 inch minimum drop. Help! | | | | | Joined: May 2013 Posts: 12 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: May 2013 Posts: 12 | In the front you can go with a lowered straight axle from cpp or droppedaxles.com. sid is awesome to deal will very helpful. The axle will give you 3 inches plus you can go with a mono leaf or posie springs. The springs will give you another 3 inches. I recommend the posie spri gs I heard the mono leafs are a little rough riding. You will also have to modify your steering arms to prevent bump steer. I also recommend a new tierod with the new style ball joints cpp sells it now. If I missed anything these guys on the forum will let you know. Give sid a call though he will get you set up | | |
