The Blue Funk (See my signature) was in an MVA and suffered a broken carb base. I replaced the base with one that I thought was similar.

Recently, I was able to get spark to the plugs. The engine was cranked, came close to sounding like it was going to turn over, but never did. A bit of gas was noted to be leaking betweeen the bowl and base. The screws were tightened but that changed nothing.

Figuring I was going to have to at least put a new gasket in, if not do a total rebuild, I removed the carb and separated the base from it. It was then that I noted the bore in the base is 1" and the bore in the bowl is 3/4".

What kind of information can you give me?
