The paint guy removed the gauge cluster some when he painted the dash and now I can't find the screws for it. Does anyone know what size they are ?...There's a fastenal store in town here but I don't know what size I need. I think theres only 3 screws. I have a diminishing selection of assorted screws that I turn to for missing parts.
Choosing the type of head and lengths follows logical application... like those guys who built these trucks had a system they followed or something.

In most countersunk trim screw applications: oval head, stainless or painted, sheet metal screws are used, as stated. These are sometimes hard to find at a regular hardware store, but Fastenal, no sweat.
