I have a 1950 3600 with 6V system. So I'm leaning toward the one from Classic. I think Classic gives a 10% discount as does Jim Carter. BUT 60 less cost? Thanks for the feedback. classic jim carter | | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 | | | | | | Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 687 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 687 | Tim, I would say within the last few years. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,270 | About three years ago I bought my third 1954/55 original-style/circuits plastic-coated wiring harness from Classic Parts of America. It looks the same as a set I bought from them about 15 years ago (from Chevy Duty, their earlier name). It is a good set and a good price.
6v/12v does not matter.
It comes with extra wiring, if you want to add turn signals.

I run the 12-volt with generator and turn signals they sell. So you know their discount has now dropped to 5%. | | | | | Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 687 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 687 | Thanks folks. I'll order mine from classic tomorrow. | | |
