Bill Do 1/2 ton 47-53 panel/suburban frames have an extension on the rear of the frame rails (in comparison to a 47-53 pickup frame)? I did have to make the middle body support and there were no frame extentions needed.

The 1947/53 frames are the same between pickups, the change came in 1954 with the different bed and frame arches. The suburban mounts alleviate the frame differences between years. One additional difference between Chevrolet and GMC same-year frames is the front motor-mount cross-members.
