have a 48 gmc 1/2ton, install dual bowl master cylinder, my brake pedal doesn't seem to come up all the way, I can tell cause I put in a new brake switch and it just touches the lever, the only way it will come up all the way is if I pull up on it, unless I put something to take up the space...
usually so that it pulls the pedal arm the opposite direction from it's push on the MC activating rod - enough to return the pedal fully
