On the last one I done, the glass seemed to be oversized? I really had to "slide" the glass away from the center bar. Take a "glass stick" and some soapy water and wet up the glass and rubber seal, work around the glass until you gain more space along the center bar. Sometimes its just a matter of working the seal lip into the opening until it seats, don't slap it to hard, just work with it. The soapy water can be used on the glass, seal, and cab opening.
