Besides the vent windows, are there other major differences in doors from different year vehicles. I recall a discussion somewhere that 1947 striker mechanisms are dimensionally different from other years. If I find a 1948 or newer door will it align with my 1947 cab? What year did vent windows come into production? were vent windows an option or standard? Can anyone offer words of caution or insight on such matters? Thanks,

51 was an oddity - vent window and the rest matching 47-50
52-55st had vent window and a different striker/latch/catch, with a push-button fixed (non turn-down) outside door handle
Any year door could be used on any year cab, as long as you used the door-year matching striker/latch/catch
