Anyone ever pull the knob/shaft out of the headlight switch and when you went to put it back in it wouldn't engage?
Please advise.

Reach up under and press it with your thumb. It's on the left side of the switch in about the middle and it's about the size of a pencil eraser.Here's a pic. Check the links page and eBay. One shouldn't cost too much, they rarely go bad. | | |
