For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 182 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 182 | Could someone please list the part number of a commonly available (available at Autozone or other local store) 12 volt blower motor that works in the round (8 3/4" diameter core) firewall mounted heaters of the old trucks? The Filling Station lists a "universal" blower motor in their catalog, but they want $70 (plus shipping) for it and it's got to be the same model I could get locally for a lot less. These kind of restoration parts places are always trying to charge more for parts than they are really worth.
Thanks for any help. | | | | | Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 133 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 133 | O'Reilly auto Part # PM354 for $31. I have that round heater style as a spare. I just just replaced the blower on my delux. This motor will work on either.
