While watching the boys on Trucks working on a '49 chevy pickup I noticed the normally 2 piece windshield diesn't have a center strip, no rubber, no metal trim. Its angled as it is on my '53 but seems to come together seemlessly. Does anyone know how?

I sure like the look of it. I couldn't imagine trying to put that thing in. I cracked my passenger glass during installation.

ClassSix is actually a '51, they mis-identified the year of the truck.

If I'm not mistaken they thought the engine was a 216 at first also.
