Is the '63 barn door latch same as the doors latch or is it unique? If it is unique who has a reproduction or nos.

there doesn't appear to be, but there's a couple guys here who have lots of used 60's parts, so a post in the parts wanted should find one .... also if you have an assembly manual, it might show how similar it is to the passenger side latch, they aren't identical in the TF years, but will work
