I think the numbers below might help. The first number is GM part number (I think). The number in parentheses is the bulb manufacturer's bulb number.

First time I ever used the brights the gauge filled with smoke-- PO had fitted an oversized beam bulb that pressed against the hole in the face. Guess he drove everywhere on low beams.
