Gary Fantasky New Guy G Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 31 Denver Colorado	I am in the process of installating a 1957 235 in my 1951 1/2 ton truck. I purchased a short water pump with a narrow belt pulley. Can a use the harmonic balancer from the 57 engine? It has a narrow inside belt pulley and a wide outside pulley. Will this fit without any radiator modifications? Also I guess I will need to get a narrow pulley for my 6 volt generator. Can I swap my 216 intake and exhaust manifold to the 235 motor? The 235 intake does not have a horn tab and the exhaust exits towards the rear and not straight down. Any help would be appreciated.

drew_vigil Shop Shark D Joined: Oct 2011 Posts: 206 denver	I PULLED THE MANIFOLD OFF MY 235 TODAY AND NOTICED i had a 216 manifold on there with the smaller rings. lol, luckly I have a build engine here and used those rings, I would use the 235 manifold if it seems good.do you have a carb that fits? .
