Hy mendonjo, No that is not a stock crossmember, that transmission is probably out of a 1958 - 64 Chev car. Truth be told that crossmember probably isn't really necessary, plenty of stock newer trucks with longer transmissions than that one, with no crossmember supporting them. Just remove that when you make your changes, hope that helps.
