Is/was there a 1941-46 (47.1) Light duty Chevy/GMC truck Assembly Manual and can one be obtained and available for sale? I have a shop manual.

I am putting together a 46 GMC truck but would like to know the size of fasteners, locations, and assembly diagrams needed to pull this shell together and reassemble. Primary interested in cab and grille assemblies at this time.

Also Jim Cater's sells a complete SS fastener kit for the 47-54 AD series. Does anyone know if there is a complete fastener kit for the 41-46 Art Deco trucks?

thank you in Advance. tom

Tom, 41-46 literature/images can be hard to find, I've had my 46 for about 40 years and have collected just a few helpful photos etc. Check out the link below for lots of good stuff. The best book I have is an original illustrated Chevy parts manual from '42 with lots of good drawings. Best of luck

just check out the link in my signature. I have compiled a lot of info on 41-46 Chevy trucks (not a lot on GMCs but most of it is similar).
