Hy hoozat, if you are talking about an "art deco" frame versus an "advanced design" frame, then no, the "art deco" frame is narrower according to my two different truck salesmans data books, hope that helps.
What about the Front Axles ? Are they the same width from '46 to '47-'53 ? I am looking to do a front axle swapout on a '46 1.5 ton truck to a 3/4 or 1/2 ton axle, so I can get rid of those Split Wheels and Bias-Ply Tires. Can't seem to find that spec on them.
