As I was fitting the floor pan it looks like I cut a bit too much. How hard is it to fill 3/16 gap between panels, is it even worth trying? or should I just go get another floor pan?

You can always tack in a narrow metal strip. Either run a strip underneath and tack and fill, or a new panel. On the floor I would just tack in a strip. | | |
