Did the 1950 3800 come with beauty rings on the 17 inch wheels? I've been scouring the web and have found only 1 mfr of steel ones (chrome, not stainless). They're not a real necessity for me, but if the price was right they might dress things up a bit.

None of the 47-55 GM trucks came from the factory with wheel beauty rings. They were neither standard equipment, nor were they factory options. I am almost 100% certain that wheel beauty rings were also not even GM accessories.
Beauty rings would have been after market accessories added by the dealer or by the owner.
