I have a 49 suburban that I have installed a v butt windshield. The rear view mirror was gone when I purchased the truck. Can someone post picture of how supposed to look original? If it attached to the center moulding can someone suggest a replacement with a longer "arm" so I can attach above the windshield header. Thanks

thanks Dads50. Do you know what year etc the first pic under later style id from. Tha is exactly whay I need as don't have the center moulding to attach to.

Looks like he used the 54 bracket.
Search the vendors for 54 interior mirror bracket.
