hello again question my door and window cranks where the handles go on to are striped does anyone make a sleeve that would go over worn out piece .thx

Not that I know of, but you can buy the worn out part from most vendors and rebuild your window lift/winder. Go ahead and get a new handle too, they are dirt cheap.
