I'm putting a 305 and R-700 auto in the truck along with a new IFS and steering column from a chevy van (hopefully) I understand i can buy entire wiring systems which come with coded wire and that each wire has a tag which tells where it goes. SO......I should tatoatlly remove all of the wiring?? Where do you recomend I go to buy a wiring kit?

It was sectioned, color coded, labled and numbered. I used a 350 tranny but they also make a lock up kit for the 700R4. It wasn't the least expensive, but I was happy with it. I took the time to solder the joints instead of crimping. Just remember to put the shrink tube on first. | | |
