The floor from front of seat to firewall in bad condition, so also are the kick panels in bad shape. What is a good source for quality replacement paneels and pans? What are the basics for replacement method? Can it be done in the cab, or does cab need removed from frame, etc.?

They all need some adjustment,ie, cutting and hammering to fit well. Leave the cab on so nothing gets out of alignment and consider just replacing the really bad areas and not the whole floor panel if possible.
