I was taking the speedo apart to clean, paint and redo the numbers.After the bezel and glass came offthere were 3 fiber pieces that fell out. They are 3/4" wide and 2 3/4' to 3" long, also bent to possibly go around the speedo head. When you put them end to end they only go approx. half way around the speed head. I can't figure out where the go. They fill in a gap somewhere. Boy do I need help.

They make the glass fit tight to the inner bezel. Buy new ones. Reproductions are rubber and may be one piece, two pieces, or three pieces. > These are from The Truck Shop.
