My brake pedal will not return fully after being depressed. I see a circular type spring between the pedal and booster but see no way of adjusting it. Any suggestions?

The true return spring is missing, thus the pedal not returning fully. FYI A pic of the return spring is in 49-53 shop manual pg 5-6, fig 10. Return spring is only a $7 part. | | |
