I've found that most cab parts are the same as the smaller trucks, with the exception of the floor boards and their related parts. Other than that, all the knobs, levers and other do-dads that I've bought for the cab have been the same.

But 1939 cab's are the same as all 39 truck cabs. COE's probably were on the same assembly line as most all GM trucks? COE's use the same cabs, just modified floor & doors for the different hood/fenders. Everything else on 1/2-3/4 ton are the same. Cut out the bottom corner of the doors & I can use 1/2 ton doors on my COE. I have a set of corner glass on the shelf. Get your measurements, I will try to remember tomorrow to size my pains up & let you know. 47 was a good year, I think the 47 2/door AeroSedan Fleetline is as classy as any car of the 40s can get... Enjoy your COE.

Car chat means talks about Chevy's. All other car makers only build transportation. I don't work on my cars, I entertain my self in my garage, so my nabor tells me.
