My 1964 Chevrolet K20 4speed didnt have any of the parking brake components on it when i bought it.I was wondering if anyone had pictures or a diagram of the set up and how it all operated.

The factory assembly manual is a must for working on these trucks, they are on e-bay and other places as well . You can go to Tony Smiths website 4-5-6 chevy truck and see some pics of what you need to. If you find you need new cables they can be bought at inline tube. Other components can be bought by tony smith, rj truck parts and brian colletsbro

I can send you pictures of my 64 k10. 64 and 65 were the same for the park brake setup. I second the motion to see some pictures as well!

Here is a photo showing the factory e-brake assembly on a '66 Chevy K20, which is the same on the 4-5-6 Chevy K10 & K20 trucks, with a 4-speed manual transmission.

Hey pope yea i would like those pictures, and thanks for the photos 456 chevy. And i hate to disappoint but its a 53 chevy truck on a 1964 k20 frame. Thats how i bought it.

The body doesn't matter, as much as, the chassis, since most of the e-brake assembly, is attached to the frame/chassis.

Oh i know the ebrake is on the frame,by looking at the pictures put up. I just meant that my trucks a 53 body, for the people asking for a picture of my truck

Hmm,my 64 K-20 didn't have the emergency brake assembly in it either.
