The kit has great instructions for where the wires go, but I want to be sure I connect to the ammeter terminal correctly. Is the terminal closest to the negative side - for the negative wires and the terminal closest to the positive side for the positive wires? I makes sense to me. | | |

I hooked up the ammeter and turned on the headlamps. Sure enough, it moved toward "C" instead of "D". The diagram I had was wrong. I switched terminals and everything was good. You won't hurt the ammeter by wiring it backwards.
