I needed to make an adapter to go from a Manual Choke on my 1962 C10 to the Divorced Choke that came standard on my Holley Mdl 4165 650 cfm spreadbore.

I started off with some 1/4" steel fuel line, a piece of heavy guage sheetmetal, a piece of 1/4" round stock, and a fuel line bender.

I bent the fuel line to make a redirect for the choke cable, cut and drilled the sheet steel to fit where the choke thermostat normally bolts down, and added a small piece of 1/4" roundstock to use as a locating dowel.

After positioning everything and braizing it together, I shot it with some high temp gloss black and added the choke cable.

Here's how it came out.
