I believe it has a 7/16" shank with the threaded portion going down to 3/8".

I could not find a bolt to attach the parking brake anchor bar to the lever, so I made one!
I got a 3/8" bolt with the correct shank length and fill-welded the shank area. Then, I grinded down the shank to 7/16".
