I need a bit of help. I'm trying to install a new electric wiper motor in my truck and hit a problem. The original wiper arms have a bearing inside of the hole that attaches to the motor. How do I remove it? It looks like it likes its' home. Thanks!

The below link shows my problem. The bushings take up the same space as the new teflon parts.

Mine's a little different. It has a grommet inside the transmission arm holes.
