As promised here's the results of the Zenith carb swap on my G506 with a 261. Over all the truck runs much better through out the rev range and the truck starts by just barely stepping on the starter. My seat of the pants dyno tells me it is about 30% better now at pulling steeper grades in high gear. Again this is a very heavy truck with for the time being over sized tires, 900-20's When it should have 7.50 - 20's that are about 4" shorter and will give my original gearing back. I would think in a half ton truck running closer to sea level the improvement would be even more noticable. Bottom line here for the $ spent I'm happy with this latest upgrade!

The Zeniths are better carbs. Glad it's running well for you.
