I located some with a disk brake set up and axle from a magnum mid ninties motorhome diesel pusher chassis. Speaking of the diesel pusher, can the axle be flipped to use on our coes?

Thanks for the response. I have the chevy 51 coe. I have the original split rings. Heading your advice I do not intend to use them. I assume if I put theses on the truck, height will increse. by how many inches? I do not want to go any higher. I will not be able to get it in the garage.

If you're swapping axles as well then it can be more complicated to figure depending on springs and difference in spring pad to wheel center line of the two axles.
If your wheels are RH5* then great idea to swap, if any other multi-piece wheel then likely you can use them if in good shape.
