I am looking for information on the original headlamp wiring harness routing from the junction on the driver's side inner fender over to the passenger side. Somewhere through the years the harness on our truck was just layed over the top of the engine. I just can't remember whether stock the wires ran around the bottom of the radiator, over the top of the radiator or around the front of the engine. Any help, diagram or pictures would really be appreciated.

I recall my 46 as routing along the top of the core support - if you have an original harness [or accurate repro], there will only be one route that will best suit the length

My '38 runs along side the brake line. It was moved out of the way in this picture to allow fabrication of the new front cross member.

Tiny & Red, Thank you for the response. I believe the '40 is like the '38 and runs down along the front of the engine. There are no clips, etc along the radiator shroud like on the '41-46 trucks.
