i have a 292ci in carolines chevy 1/2T it sports an edelbrock 500 atop a clifford water cooled intake manifold with two into one , [2 into 1] exhaust and a very mild cam [ RV type]
what single carb would be best all around ?? It looks like I'll have to make a base plate [unless any of you know where to get] for the 4 barrell to a single or 2 barrell mounting plate. I do have front dis brakes w/ vacuum off carb manifold to power those.
Rochester built 141 different type B carburetors to be used on engines from 153 CID to 292 CID. any ideas
where to obtain one what model / sized to 292
thanks in advance jim
