I want to swap a small short 3 speed our for 2 speed power glide. I have made a cross member already. I have to figure out the flex plate, and slip yoke.
Will 283 flex plate work for 350.
And will 3speed slip yoke work for power glide??

Thank in advance

Chris

Yes. The flexplate will work. The yoke will depend on the year of the trans. About 68 they changed to a fine spline yoke.
That is 85 or earliar 350.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.
