I just purchased a 1957 3100 SERIES SHORT BED. This will be my daily driver along with my motorcycles. I want to replace the original bench seat with a newer bench seat for comfort. Any comments will be appreciated. Thanks Roller

the 40-60 bench seats from late 80's GM trucks fit well - like this .... and welcome to the garage, drop by the Welcome or DITY forums and tell us all about it wink

I used a 3rd row seat out of a full size van. It also has seat belts built in. This seat came out of a late 80's ford van.

Find a straight bench or 40/60 split bench front seat from a 88-98 full size chev truck or SUV. They fit great and you can usually find the right colour so you don't need to get it upholstered!
