SO if you add the trim, you my need to have other parts of a trim package as well to be correct? Also on the '60-61, the side trim was just a straight line of chrome, I 'think', hard to find. | | | | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 1,552 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 1,552 | The trim was available as an R.P.O., with or without the other bells & whistles, but was included in the Z62 Custom Appearance option.
Body trim on the stepsides, is a bit of a challenge, because it was not found on the stepside beds, so a bit of custom fabricating is necessary.

Interestingly enough the wide door trim is just about the right length for the stepside fenders. My plan though is to modify the stock fleetside trim. Sounds like a good winter time project. Z62... that's cool too. | | | | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 2,317 Former Workshop Owner | Former Workshop Owner Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 2,317 | I like the second pic.

I'd say the 1st pic is my choice of the 3. | | | | Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 2,917 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 2,917 | Yep, I like the long spear. We all like different stuff. Sooooo, . . . . just like they always say, . . . "you can't please all the people, all the time".
