The parts suppliers sell a positive cable and two ground straps (one to ground the battery to the frame and the other to ground the frame to the engine) plus a couple of retainers or clips. Where were all these parts usually attached on the frame and engine? On my truck, the negative battery cable bolts to the passenger side of the tranny. I was thinking there is an engine to firewall cable, but just went out and checked, and it's too dark to find. I'm sure someone has a parts book, better yet a diagram.
