If I am keeping the engine stock, am I better off finding an original gauge cluster or will an aftermarket set serve me better. I am thinking about using Stewart Warner "Wings" gauges if I don't use an original. | | |

If they are mechanical then they should not present a big problem. The gas gauge would also have to match your present sending unit or come with its own sending unit to replace original.  | | |
