I'm running a 55-62 Chevy car rear end in my 37 truck and I have lost some bearings in the pumpkin. Does anyone have a good referral on a mechanic or rebuilder in the Fort Worth area. Thanks for any help!

Garry Bernard at AAAA Transmission. 817 798 2233.

He did my OD. I talked to him this morning and he said he does rear ends, too. He's worked there over 40 years and knows his stuff.

Is this an option to get a lower gearing in a 47-53 3100?

Why would you want anything lower than a 4.11?

I'm sure he is talking lower numerically not lower speed.
