Not quite sure why, it's been sitting for a bit. The master cylinder is a small little thing, is there more to it under the truck? It seems like they are not releasing all the way. Sorry for the dumb questions.

Brakes could be dragging due to rust on the drums from sitting. Run it up and down a quiet street a few times appling the brakes often and see if it frees up the more you drive.

If you have one wheel grabbing (pulling) it could have an oil seal leaking causing that wheel to grab due to oil soaked shoes.
