| | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | there wasn't one from the factory, if all the bed mount hardware is clean and tight there will be a ground thru that, but if you're having problems with the lights, what most folks do is just add a wire from the rear cross sill [which is welded to the bedsides] to the frame .... you might also want to clean the factory attachments from the battery to cab and engine to cab

| | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | there's a number of channel pieces supporting the floor from side to side, they're called cross sills, the rear most one, where the boards end and below where the tail lights mount to the stake pocket, is welded to the bed sides - it's also bolted to the frame
