I doubt that that is accurate, I have three myself and I know of other multiple CE owners too. To my knowledge there is no formal registry, I think Neal has the most documentation on the CE'S as far as pictures of different ones. Unfortunately, there may be a low number of true survivors or running and licensed CE'S and that number may be closer to 100.
