Are these the stock style FRONT brakes for my 53 1 ton? They have obviously been replaced sometime since they show almost no wear, but they seem like a more modern setup. They measure 12". # on the wheel cylinder is 5453927. the reason I ask is because there is a broken spring and I need to know what to look for as a replacement.

Hy PootersPanel, that (1953) was the first year for the Bendix brakes, so they look correct to me. The Raybestos p/n for the return spring kit is H130 $4.15 at RockAuto, there are enough springs to do one axle. I believe the Napa p/n is 80301, hope that helps.
